Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years networking operations experience required.
• Proficiency with a variety of PC Hardware required.
• Three years previous leadership or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, recommends, creates, implements and oversees hardware, software, network and communications solutions; estimates resources and costs.
• Oversees and manages help desk, network technicians, and administrators; assigns and monitors daily activities; ensures customer service.
• Leads recruitment, staffing, and development of team members; promotes professional growth and leadership.
• Establishes standards for hardware, software and networking; monitors compliance and reviews procedures.
• Assists with creating, monitoring and reviewing IT annual budget and department strategic plan.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
