Responsibilities

Source and screen IT candidate pipelines to meet monthly targets.
Experience recruiting, Salesforce, Dev Ops, Software Engineers, Automation Engineers and Testing Analyst.
Own end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned IT roles within targets.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS with timely statuses.
Present candidate recommendations with data-driven rationale to decision makers.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity goals, and hiring equity.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Leverage network, events, and referrals to build high-quality pipelines.
Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to support offers.
Promote employer brand and communicate growth opportunities to candidates.
Partner with onboarding to ensure seamless new-hire integration.

Experience/Qualifications

Must work PST - M-F
8am-5pm

Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS; timely status updates.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Leverage networks, events, and referrals to build pipelines.
Promote employer brand and growth opportunities to candidates.
Collaborate with onboarding for seamless new-hire integration.
Demonstrate growth mindset; pursue professional development and merit-based progression.
Work in a results-driven, high-visibility environment with clear targets.
Contract role: adaptability to short-term projects and discrete milestones.
