PIPESTONE is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to lead technology projects from concept to completion across multiple sites in the Midwest. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate IT and business teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and experience with ERP, Microsoft technologies, cloud, and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with budgets, cost estimates, and technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Exposure to ERP, Microsoft technologies, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, integrations).
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, scope, and resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
