Job summary

PRINCIPLE CHOICE SOLUTIONS is seeking an IT Technical Lead in Omaha, NE. The role provides daily Tier 2 service desk leadership, guides escalations, and offers hands-on troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, Intune, and endpoint management.

You will mentor analysts, manage asset lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional IT efforts with Security, Infrastructure, and Power Platform teams. The hybrid, on-site role requires strong communication and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Azure environments.
• 3+ years in a technical lead, senior analyst, escalation, or advanced support role.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Tier 2 service desk operations, including workload coordination and SLA performance.
• Coordinate Tier 2 activities and escalations for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
• Provide escalated Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Perform end-user administration per internal IT processes and security controls.
• Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals.
• Drive ticket quality, ownership, and documentation standards; mentor analysts.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate technical information clearly.
