Job summary

PRINCIPLE CHOICE SOLUTIONS is seeking an IT Technical Lead to guide Tier 2 operations, drive SLA performance, and perform advanced troubleshooting for complex end-user issues. You will mentor analysts, coordinate cross-functional responses with Security and Infrastructure, and own asset lifecycle management.

Hybrid role in Omaha, NE with on-site requirements, occasional after-hours, and on-call rotations. Strong Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure experience is essential, along with

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows endpoints.
3+ years in a technical lead or escalation role.
5+ years with Entra ID/Azure environments.
Experience managing escalations and SLA performance.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Tier 2 service desk operations and SLA performance.
Coordinate Tier 2 activities for hardware, printers, and software.
Provide escalated and advanced support for complex issues.
Own account builds, device deployment, onboarding/offboarding.
Mentor and develop support analysts.
Maintain service desk documentation and knowledge resources.
