Role: IT Technical Business Analyst
Duration: 12 Month
Location: Remote

Requirements Elicitation and Documentation

• Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities
• Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates
• Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
• Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology
• Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
• Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups
• Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology
• Review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies.
• Create system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
• Mining data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing and reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read.

Systems Analysis and Documentation

• Review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies.

Systems Maintenance and Support

• Create system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
• Designing new computer systems and frameworks
• Troubleshooting technical issues

• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent

Data Analysis, Mapping and Maintenance

• Support mapping of customer and loan level data between current and future platforms
• Collaborate with reporting and data warehouse and application development teams to validate that solutions align to business requirements
• Analyze data from primary and secondary sources, and identify trends and patterns
