Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL is seeking an IT Systems Trainer I to support instructor-led and virtual training for IT applications. You will assist with classroom prep, learner engagement, and materials maintenance under senior trainers, growing instructional skills and knowledge.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and teamwork within a collaborative training team, with opportunities to work on diverse IT software systems and LMS coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Systems and Workday preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or field of study (Training & Development, Business Management, Human Resources, etc).
• 1 year prior experience in a training & development capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructional design and content modification to develop effective training programs.
• Prepare training environment, materials, and equipment prior to sessions.
• Deliver IT training across various software using blended formats (instructor-led, in-service/demo, virtual, one-on-one).
• Engage learners and assess course effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applications and organizational workflows.
