Job summary

Renaissance Lakewood LLC in New Jersey is seeking a temporary IT Technician to provide Tier 1 help desk support for about 4-6 months, with potential extension depending on business needs.

Responsibilities include documenting resolutions, supporting AV setups, maintaining inventory, repairing equipment, and ensuring security while supporting Windows AD and general networks. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in pharma IT, CompTIA A+, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication ability.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Tier 1 Tickets.
• Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution.
• Create documentation for staff for training purposes.
• Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintain physical inventory of IT hardware and software.
• Repair and replace broken equipment.
• Ensure physical security of all equipment.
• Support desktop hardware, software, and applications.
• Perform technology needs analysis.
• Coordinate Operating System image creations based on business, reflecting IT standards.
• Implement and support the computing infrastructure plan.
• Assist with technology planning through ongoing research.

• Pay or shift range: $64,200 USD to $72,100 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
