Job summary

N8Tech is seeking an IT Systems Technician in Roswell, NM to manage complex issues, deploy infrastructure, and support client environments within a fast-paced MSP. The role requires independent problem-solving and strong technical skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients, troubleshoot server/workstation/network problems, and contribute to security, backups, and disaster recovery initiatives while mentoring junior technicians

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in IT support or managed services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and business networks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls).
• Experience troubleshooting servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, server, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and VPN connections.
• Deploy and support Microsoft 365 environments and cloud services.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions.

We are seeking an experienced
IT Systems Technician who can independently manage technical issues, deploy infrastructure solutions, and support business clients in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Position Overview

The IT Systems Technician is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, network management, and infrastructure deployments across multiple client environments. This role requires strong experience with business networks, Microsoft 365, servers, cybersecurity tools, and managed IT platforms.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving complex technical problems, and communicating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, server, and network issues
