• Own and administer company databases, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Launch, install, configure, and update internally hosted web and desktop applications.
• Build, run, and maintain reports to support business needs.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets as part of a three-person team.
• Document team procedures, system configurations, and workflows.
• Draft, maintain, and improve IT policies and procedures, including CMMC/NIST 800-171 compliance.
