Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, planning, development, implementation and support of the Casino's information systems data center and communications systems.

The role requires managing maintenance, backups, backups verification, and coordinating with operations to prevent IT service disruptions. A strong candidate will have prior Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, VoIP, POS and player tracking experience.

Qualifications

• AA in Computer Science or Computer Networking is required.
• Three or more years of computer operations experience or certification from a technical school.
• Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 or newer, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VoIP phone systems, POS solutions, Player Tracking Systems, basic routing and switching, and Ethernet standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations for the data center and communications systems.
• Maintain backups, security logs, and disaster recovery processes.
• Prepare, alter and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for hardware and software.
• Coordinate equipment installation and maintenance with operations to avoid disruption.
