Qualifications

• 1+ years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Proficient in Windows 11, Windows Server 2016-2025 and VMware.
• Experience with MS Office, printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server 2016-2025 systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize virtual machines using VMware.
• Configure and troubleshoot client terminal connections to AS400.
• Resolve issues with MS Office products, printers, and hardware.
• Monitor daily server backups, system logs, and security protocols.
• Process and resolve IT help desk tickets with proper documentation.
• Assist supervisor with other IT tasks as assigned.
