Job summary

RoslinCT is a world-leading cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing organization. The Facilities Technician will perform maintenance on HVAC and facility systems in a cGMP production environment, ensuring reliability and compliance.

You will collaborate with Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, and contractors, mentor junior technicians, and support deviations, CAPAs, and environmental monitoring as part of a highly regulated biotech setting.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Building Systems, or related technical discipline.
Experience with CMMS/work-order management systems and maintaining maintenance records.
Strong hands-on experience with commercial/industrial HVAC and facility systems.

Responsibilities

Perform and lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC, facility utility, and building systems.
Serve as a technical resource for HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, root-cause analysis, repairs, and system optimization.
Maintain and troubleshoot AHUs, RTUs, exhaust systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, VAVs, fans, motors, VFDs, valves, dampers, and BMS/controls.
