Job summary

HACO-US is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide frontline IT support for end users in Manteno, IL. The role includes hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and computer systems to ensure reliability and security across business operations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Information Systems or related IT field required.
• 3–5 years IT experience with hardware and software applications.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to travel up to 10% between plants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as direct point of contact for end user IT support and incidents.
• Install, configure, and deploy PC and server hardware and software including patches.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory.
• Monitor system health, apply software updates, and maintain backups and DR procedures.
• Support network infrastructure and security policies across HACO-US.
• Document procedures and contribute to training materials.
