Job summary

HACO Culinary in Manteno, IL is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide direct IT support for end users and maintain the organization's computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.

You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of systems supporting daily business operations, manage user accounts and access, monitor health, apply updates, and maintain backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience supporting Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
• Experience implementing security policies and backups for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with server hardware, virtualization, and disaster recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for HACO-US in Manteno, IL.
• Install, configure, and deploy PC and server hardware and software including OS and patches.
• Manage Active Directory and user accounts; monitor system health and security.
• Maintain backups, DR procedures, and perform routine disaster recovery testing.
• Support network infrastructure, device management, and MFA authentication.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and implement changes.
