• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Associate’s degree with 18 months of full-time or equivalent part-time paid computer programming experience may substitute for the training.
• Three years of full-time or equivalent paid programming experience may substitute for the required training.

Responsibilities

• Server support and system monitoring to maximize uptime and performance.
• Maintain file transfer applications, monitor SFTP processes, and troubleshoot data exchanges.
• Manage the full lifecycle of security certificates (SSL/TLS) and domain registrations, including tracking expirations and installations.
• Provide general IT support and produce clear technical documentation; participate in team meetings and projects.
