Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or IT required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three years IT support or admin experience.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network components.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
• Maintain network security through access control, antivirus updates, and monitoring.
• Assist in maintaining system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure IT compliance with guidelines.
• Support IT projects and system upgrades.
• Document IT processes and configurations.
