Job summary

Gebhart Holdings is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and maintain our technology infrastructure, serving as the go-to for IT, ensuring systems run smoothly, users are supported, and data remains secure.

Responsibilities include installing/configuring servers and workstations, managing AD and Microsoft 365, monitoring performance, and implementing backup, security, and disaster recovery procedures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT administration or systems support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and desktop environments
• Hands-on experience with networking
• Familiarity with virtualization
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, networks, and software.
• Monitor system performance; ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts and access controls (AD, Microsoft 365).
• Provide helpdesk support across departments.
• Administer backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Maintain network security (firewalls, VPNs, patching).
• Manage Microsoft 365, especially Teams and Excel.
• Document IT procedures, assets, and network topology.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
• Manage VOIP and company cell phones.
• Route and terminate network and low-voltage cabling per standards.
• Attend work regularly and on time.
• Follow 5S lean production practices.
