Strive Solutions is seeking a Technical Coordinator I to support and optimize IT systems powering software solutions. You will coordinate technical activities, manage service tickets, and assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and upgrades.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and timely delivery of system improvements.

Formación

• Strong technical ability to troubleshoot and support IT systems.
• Experience with ticketing/work tracking systems.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and document processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate technical work across teams.
• Manage ticket workflows, triage issues, and support troubleshooting.
