The role requires strong leadership, ITSM process knowledge, and experience with APIs, scripting, and systems like SCCM and Jamf Pro.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as PMP/ITIL preferred or completed within first year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external technology projects for the Technology Services department.
• Lead annual computer replacement initiatives, deployments, and major system projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support staff and coordinate with leadership.
