Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Shreveport, LA is seeking an IT support specialist to maintain AS/400 hardware, assist users with hardware and software issues, and support MICROS POS operations.

The role includes monitoring telecommunications, managing data backup processing, running scheduled reports, and performing other duties as required in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Assist computer user with hardware and software problems.
• Support operations of MICROS Point of Sale Computer System.
• Monitor all telecommunications.
• Responsible for all computer system's data backupprocessing.
• Run schedule reports.
