Hyundai Power Transformers USA, Inc. in Montgomery, AL seeks an IT Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise cybersecurity programs across IT, OT, and Physical Security.

You will strengthen security posture through governance, operations, risk management, and compliant secure systems while ensuring business continuity. The role requires experience with Microsoft 365 Security, Entra ID, EPP/EDR, and IAM, and you will collaborate with IT and OT teams to maintain operation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or equivalent
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity technologies and security operations
• Working knowledge of security platforms and IAM
• Understanding of risk, vulnerability, and incident response concepts
• IT and OT security concepts and best practices
• Ability to analyze security risks and recommend practical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bilingual Korean-English preferred

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs across IT, OT, and Physical Security environments
• Governance: develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
• Security operations: manage EPP/EDR, DLP, email/web security, CASB, and Microsoft 365 security
• Risk management, vulnerability assessments, and remediation coordination
• IT/OT security: develop ICS/industrial security standards and best practices
• Identity & access security: IAM policy development and least-privilege enforcement
• Security awareness and incident response: training, investigations, containment, and recovery
• Documentation: maintain security docs, metrics, and executive dashboards
• Collaborate with IT, OT, and software teams to ensure operational availability and regulatory compliance
