Job summary

PTA Plastics, located in Colorado, is seeking an IT Systems & Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and maintain network systems. This role involves support for both hardware and software across manufacturing facilities, fostering smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Windows, Linux, and software development languages such as VB.NET and Python. Partner with teams to ensure data integrity and connectivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, including technical support, systems administration, and infrastructure management.
• 2+ years of experience in business software development.
• Experience with ERP/MES and manufacturing IT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and servers.
• Assist with administration of key systems and monitoring security threats.
• Perform backups and data restores as necessary.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure reliable connectivity.
