Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, including ownership of projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience administering productivity and SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Ability to plan and execute IT projects independently from scoping to completion.
• Ability to evaluate technical options and make recommendations based on business needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both leadership and technical/non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance day-to-day support with longer-term project work and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for IT support and handle escalations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software across the organization.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts, devices, and access during onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure OS, applications, and patches stay current and prioritize remediation.
