Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Systems Management Analyst to support a healthcare client’s complex infrastructure in Las Vegas, NV. You will ensure stability, security, and compliance across AD, endpoint protection, virtualization, storage, and Citrix/VDI, with hands-on data center involvement.

The role includes patching, vulnerability remediation, change management, and on-site clinic support, plus advancing operations with enterprise AI tools.

Qualifications

• Enterprise IT infrastructure experience required.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and security operations.
• Active Directory administration and hardening expertise.
• Endpoint security platform experience.
• VMware and NetApp storage administration.
• Citrix/VDI support and optimization.
• PowerShell or scripting proficiency.
• Hands-on data center operations and hardware management.
• Strong change management and compliance experience.
• Experience with data center decommissioning and migrations.
• PAM tools experience.
• Familiarity with BloodHound security tool.
• Experience supporting audit processes and evidence collection.
• Excellent technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability remediation and coordinate patching across the enterprise.
• Administer and harden Active Directory with Tier 0/1 controls.
• Monitor endpoint security platforms for compliance and threat readiness.
• Support Citrix and VDI environments, optimize performance.
• Provide VMware virtualization and NetApp storage administration.
• Document change management activities per compliance processes.
• Offer hands-on data center support including hardware troubleshooting.
• Lead data center decommissioning and workload migration projects.
• Provide on-site clinic IT support as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and documentation
