Job summary

Lucchese Bootmaker is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to maintain endpoint administration, identity management, and cloud services across corporate and retail sites.

You will support Microsoft 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, and our store technology stack, driving secure operations and digital transformation in a lean IT team.

Expected to work Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours for deployments and critical incidents, onsite in Dallas with some travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT systems administration, endpoint management, or enterprise technical support in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with an MDM platform (JumpCloud, Microsoft Intune, Jamf) — device enrollment, policy configuration, and compliance reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 administration: provisioning, licenses, groups, and conditional access.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, OS, networking, and cloud apps independently.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar SaaS platforms).
• Strong written communication and documentation skills; SLA adherence.
• Education, certifications, or background in IT security and endpoint hardening.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure employee endpoints using Jump Cloud MDM and standard security policies.
• Manage Azure AD/Entra ID identities, roles, licenses, and access controls.
• Provide on-site and remote support for store locations and corporate users.
• Configure retail tech deployment including POS, Wi-Fi, cameras, and SSO integration.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud app issues; document resolutions.
• Develop runbooks, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
