Qualifications

• Knowledge of PCI DSS and applicable regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, and operation of enterprise systems across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure security, stability, and compliance with policies.
• Oversee incident, change, capacity, and performance management per ITIL.
• Direct system troubleshooting and escalation resolution.
• Develop a high-performing team culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Plan and execute performance reviews and skills development.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to deliver current and future infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage hardware, software, and cloud service lifecycle and procurement.
• Oversee vendor relationships, renewals, and service performance.
• Ensure disaster recovery and resiliency strategies are tested and improved.
• Identify and remediate single points of failure to improve availability.
• Drive optimization via virtualization, automation, and cloud adoption.
