Job summary

Collectivus Holdings is seeking an IT Systems Engineer I to join our IT Operations team, supporting core enterprise systems across our family of business units. This role serves as Level II escalation, focusing on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and identity/access systems to keep the business running.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with initiative to automate recurring work, improve documentation, and build the capability of the broader support team,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Hands-on IAM with SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with MDM/endpoint management (JAMF).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level II escalation resource for complex issues beyond frontline troubleshooting.
• Administer core enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SSO across business units.
• Support identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and provisioning.
• Maintain and enforce device lifecycle and security posture via MDM tooling (JAMF).
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and runbooks with IT leadership.
