Job summary

YipitData is hiring an Integrations Engineer to design and maintain connectors between internal systems and SaaS platforms across the business. You’ll accelerate automation, improve provisioning, and ensure reliable data flow in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with APIs, scripts, and IAM tools like Okta, collaborating with IT, Security, and Engineering to implement scalable integration solutions. Remote-friendly within the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or automation in a modern IT or engineering environment.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Comfort building automation using Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages.
• Experience with identity and access systems such as Okta or similar platforms.
• Ability to connect systems and improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between internal systems and SaaS platforms (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, HRIS, and other business tools).
• Develop and maintain automation and workflows that improve system provisioning, access management, and cross-platform data synchronization.
• Work with APIs, scripting, and automation tools to connect systems and streamline operational processes.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and IT teams to implement identity, access, and security-related integrations.
• Research, evaluate, and implement integration solutions to address technical and operational challenges.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integration reliability across connected systems.
• Work with third-party vendors and platform providers to configure and support integrations.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for integration architecture, workflows, and system dependencies.
• Contribute to improvements in system architecture, automation, and operational efficiency across the company’s technology stack.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs, or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have 2+ years of experience working with SaaS platforms, integrations, or automation in a modern IT or engineering environment
• You have experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• You are comfortable building automation using Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages
• You have experience working with identity and access systems such as Okta or similar platforms
• You enjoy solving complex technical problems by connecting systems and improving workflows
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving technical needs
• You are organized and able to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
• You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, and Engineering
• You learn quickly and are motivated to continuously improve systems and processes
• You enjoy working in a small but highly collaborative team
