Responsibilities

• Deliver quality work against planned timeframes for performance.
• Developing and supporting IAM solutions.
• Responding to L1 and L2 support tickets.
• Managing user identities and access rights.
• Meet SLA’s.
• Flexible to work shift hours 16x7 coverage (weekends, day and evening).
• Delivering reports, metrics, KPIs in a timely manner.

Additional qualities include being a quick learner, adaptable to changing environments, building strong professional relationships with client personnel, and delivering high-quality work diligently.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IAM domain experience.
• Understanding of IAM solution design and configuration.
• Proficiency in at least two IAM products (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure, Active Directory).
• Desired proficiency in Venafi, RSA SecureID, etc.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
