Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation workflows across core IT systems. You will lead tool consolidation, manage SaaS lifecycles, and own vendor processes including procurement and renewals.

You will partner with Security, Compliance, and People Operations to optimize cross-functional workflows and build integrations with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and ITSM, while advancing IT documentation standards and reducing tech debt.

Qualifications

Fluent in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.), APIs, and automation platforms like Workato or Zapier.
Design and implement scalable systems.
