Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Storage & Distribution IT Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver scalable, reliable solutions across our manufacturing and distribution network.

You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, support SAP-based enterprise applications, and lead system improvements to drive operational excellence. Strong collaboration and project management are essential in this senior role.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience designing and implementing business process solutions.
• 7+ years of experience configuring SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong knowledge of logistics execution, warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP best practices.
• Project management experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with SAP EWM, EDI, SQL, SAP IDOCs, and ABAP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and IT teams to evaluate, improve, and optimize business processes and technology solutions.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system incidents, requests, and enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate application changes, testing, deployments, documentation, and user training.
• Support project delivery throughout the full solution lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7-10+ years of experience designing and implementing business process solutions.
• 7+ years of experience configuring SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong knowledge of logistics execution, warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP best practices.
