Job description

Our Client, a Business Solutions company, is looking for an IT Systems Analyst Specialist for their Memphis/Irving location.

Responsibilities:

1. Performs other duties as assigned.
2. Supports the organization's quality program(s).
3. Reviews, analyzes, and documents software requirements and leads the business analysis phase for projects.
4. Leads requirements management efforts; takes ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project. Identifies stakeholders, initiates and facilitates meetings, and works with project teams and clients to ensure understanding of software requirements. Produces documentation such as process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, etc.
5. Meets deadlines and manages work to timelines.

Requirements:

1. Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for enterprise projects, system migrations, upgrades, data warehousing, or visualizations.
2. Proficiency in PL/SQL.
3. Experience with SAP BO, SAP HANA, Oracle Exadata, or Power BI is an advantage.
4. Bachelor's degree in a computer science-related field preferred.
5. Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
6. Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements is preferred.
7. Knowledge of third-party administration and claims management business and technology.
8. Strong communication skills, PC literacy, including Microsoft Office.
9. Analytical, interpretive, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
10. Ability to work in a team, take initiative, and meet performance standards.
