Job description

Job Title: Sr IT Systems Analyst Specialist

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: Memphis, TN 38125 or Dublin, OH (Remote Job)

Only W2 Accepted

Payrate: $51/hr. on W2

Description:

This position is Contract to Hire and open to Dublin, OH; Memphis, TN; and remote work options.

Pre-screen Questions (Mandatory for each submission):
  1. Have you worked in an Information Technology department? If so, for how long?
  2. Have you had direct external client interaction? If so, for how long?
  3. Do you have experience presenting materials on the phone or via video conference to external audiences, and updating those materials during presentations?
  4. Do you have experience eliciting and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements? If yes, please describe.
Primary Purpose:

To lead business analysis efforts for implementations and large projects, review and document user needs, and provide mentorship within the team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  1. Lead requirements management for large projects, including new client implementations and strategic initiatives.
  2. Develop and execute requirements management plans.
  3. Identify stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure clear understanding of software requirements.
  4. Produce documentation such as reports, process diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups using standard templates.
  5. Meet deadlines and manage work within timelines.
  6. Mentor team members.
Additional Functions:

Perform other duties as assigned, support quality programs, and travel as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; computer science preferred.
  • Six years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in claims management systems is strongly preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of claims management business and technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and teamwork ability.
Work Environment:
