Responsibilities include providing technical support, analyzing system performance, installing IT systems, and developing IT policies. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 2+ years of experience in IT support are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or analyst role.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network protocols.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system integrity.
• Manage IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with vendors and external service providers for specialized IT needs.
