College Track in Oakland is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to support IT strategy and provide world‑class staff IT support. You’ll help design, configure, and maintain our technical systems to advance our mission while delivering high-quality customer service.

Reporting to the Technology Director, you’ll join an IT team modernizing infrastructure, standardizing processes, and increasing automation across the organization, with opportunities to influence direction and execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience across a broad range of technology areas, with ability to learn new systems quickly (SaaS systems administration, user support, maintenance, security).
• Analytical approach to decision-making related to systems performance, work processes, and user needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, reliable support to users across the organization.
• Participate in onboarding training for staff and tool changes.
• Administer systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Zoom) including provisioning, deprovisioning, maintenance, renewals, upgrades.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy changes to software, processes, and hardware.
• Analyze logs and alerts to proactively identify issues.
• Contribute to IT policies and procedures.
