The position emphasizes SQL proficiency, system administration, and collaboration with vendors on API-based integrations. A mid-level professional with 3–5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years with SQL and stored procedures in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience with databases and PLM/CPQ systems.
• Experience administering or supporting Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar PLM tools.
• Experience with API-based integrations and data flow troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core business applications and databases for reliability.
• Configure settings, roles, permissions, metadata, and workflow elements.
• Support upgrades, patches, and feature Rollouts.
• Provide user support for SQL apps, Infor CPQ, Therefore Cloud, Teamcenter, and related systems.
• Lead issue resolution across technical teams; document knowledge base.
