Job summary

Permian Resources is seeking a Business Analyst reporting to the IT Director in Midland, Texas. This role owns application support for Land and serves as the primary point of contact for Land IT needs across the full portfolio of Land systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and business analysis skills, deep Land industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across the company.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in software/application support or business analysis.
• Working knowledge of Land applications (Quorum Land, Peloton LandView, IFS Land).
• Prior Oil & Gas industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Land IT support needs.
• Own full portfolio of Land systems as the main application support contact.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements to align with objectives.
• Map and analyze Land business processes for improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
