Job summary

Permian Resources Corporation in Midland, TX seeks a Business Analyst to own the Land IT application portfolio and be the primary contact for Land systems. You will gather requirements, map processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and resolve issues across Land software such as Quorum Land, Peloton LandView, and IFS Land.

SQL skills and cloud tooling are preferred. Reporting to the IT Director, the role requires 3+ years in software/app support or business analysis,

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS/IS/Business Admin or related field.
• 3+ years in software/application support or business analysis.
• Knowledge of Land applications such as Quorum Land, Peloton LandView, IFS Land.
• Oil and Gas industry experience.
• 2+ years in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• SQL proficiency; Databricks and Snowflake experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Land IT support needs.
• Own the full portfolio of Land systems as primary application support contact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Lead mapping and analysis of Land business processes to identify improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• Own vendor relationships for Land systems and manage defects/upgrades.
• Ensure change management adherence and document system changes.
• Maintain back-end configuration and updates to support Land processes.
• Provide end-user support and training as required.
