Job summary

Quad is seeking an IT Support Associate to maintain and operate our IT systems, providing 24/7 support for assigned areas from the West Virginia operations. You'll troubleshoot incidents, configure hardware and software, and communicate clearly with teammates.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years IT experience, an associate or bachelor’s in a related field, strong Windows OS knowledge and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent IT experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responds to level II IT issues 24x7 via ticketing system.
• Configures and maintains IT hardware, software, network and telephony.
• Manages IT assets in inventory system.
