Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Functional Analyst I to support the corporate office and plants, with emphasis on MFG/BOM/WIP and supply chain applications.

The role involves analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, configuring applications, and training users, while coordinating with IT, Finance, Transportation, and Production teams to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, Computer Science or Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer needs and system requirements.
• Troubleshoot daily operational system issues and define root causes.
• Document requirements, process flows, and SOPs; train super and end users on new functionality.
• Plan, track, and deliver tasks within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Finance, Transportation, Customer Service, Planning, Distribution and Production.
