Job summary

Niagara is seeking an IT Functional Analyst I for MFG/BOM/WIP to analyze and develop solutions addressing customer needs. You will troubleshoot operational system issues, document requirements, and train users on new functionality, collaborating with IT and multiple business functions to identify system improvements.

Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing environments, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver on timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in position.
• Experience managing people/projects.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer needs.
• Trouble shooting daily operational system issues to define root cause and determine solutions.
• Document requirements, process flows, and creation of SOP/training materials.
• Train super and end users on new functionality and process changes.
• Work with IT, Accounting, Finance, Transportation, Customer Service, Planning, Distribution, and Production to identify system needs.
