Job summary

Family Care Network is seeking a Systems Analyst in Bellingham, WA to support the IT department at FCN Orchard Administrative Office. You will install software releases, upgrades, patches, diagnose issues, and assist with network security alongside the IT Manager and Systems Administrator.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, EMR systems, and customer service skills; full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Network infrastructure knowledge necessary.

Responsibilities

• Install new software releases and system upgrades.
• Evaluate and install patches; resolve software problems.
• Diagnose and repair computers that come in for service.
• Coordinate with IT Manager and Systems Administrator on security.
