Job summary

Family Care Network in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Systems Administrator (Tiered Position) to support FCN technology systems including desktops, servers, and EMR applications. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role, Monday–Friday, non-exempt, hourly.

The position offers progression through multiple tiers with increasing responsibilities and compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, PTO/PSL, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Systems Analyst/Help Desk experience or related education
• Foundational knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
• A+ or similar certification encouraged

Responsibilities

• Configure workstations, software, and peripherals
• Perform routine backups, patching, and integrity checks
• Provide EMR/Epic and desktop support
• Assist with Active Directory and Entra ID administration
• Provide end-user support and system planning
• Assist with Office 365 and basic Intune administration
• Use NinjaOne for workstation monitoring and support
• Maintain hardware and software across company applications
• Coordinate with vendors as assigned
• Test software prior to implementation
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide basic user training and onboarding support
• Maintain service documentation and follow department procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
