Job summary

Qualifications

3 years of experience in systems analysis or related IT role.
Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL.
Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues and train end users.
Experience with insurance agency management systems or document management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet with department leaders to understand business processes and system challenges.
Document current workflows, user requirements, and proposed changes.
Configure and support assigned business applications and related systems.
Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams.
Coordinate vendor support and assist with data reporting and testing.
