Job summary

Gallagher Uniform in Battle Creek, MI, seeks an IT Systems & Technology Manager to lead daily IT operations and align technology with production and distribution needs.

You will own the internal technology stack, supervise security, backups, and BI reporting while partnering with vendors and driving AI and automation initiatives to boost productivity.

This hands-on role requires strong problem solving, project coordination and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate across teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, and SQL Server.
• Experience with data reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across Gallagher Uniform facilities.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot core production and business systems.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and BI reports.
• Manage network, cybersecurity, backups and disaster recovery.
• Lead AI adoption and technology innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage IT projects.
