Job summary

BOOZ, ALLEN & HAMILTON in Honolulu seeks an IT Support Specialist & Systems Administrator with 4+ years handling secure DoD environments and Windows/Linux production support. The role involves creating desktop images, Azure/DEPO work, and basic Cisco VTC/VoIP admin tasks.

TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required. This position emphasizes independent problem solving, collaboration with junior staff, and contributing to solutions for moderately complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience supporting secure environments such as the DoD.
4+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems.
Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments in a production setting.
Experience creating and deploying desktop operating system images and working with Microsoft Azure and DEPO services.
Experience with basic administration of Cisco VTC or VoIP systems.
Experience updating and managing antivirus and anti-malware products.
Knowledge of LAN technologies, including Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing.
TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
CompTIA Security+ Certification.
