Job summary
Phase2 Technology seeks an IT Support Specialist & Systems Administrator in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role requires extensive experience in supporting secure environments, managing Windows-based systems, and ensuring compliance with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting secure environments such as the DoD.
- Experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems.
- Experience in updating and managing antivirus and antimalware products.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving for technology products.
- Work independently with some guidance on various problems.
- Review or guide activities of more junior employees.
