Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with SSO, AD, Entra ID, Google Workspace.
• Experience with Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Knowledge of M365, Google Workspace, endpoint management, and asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure including laptops, desktops, printers, conference room systems, Wi‑Fi networks, and office tech.
• Onboard/offboard employees by provisioning accounts and devices; manage access and device deactivation.
• Manage IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, directory services, and user permissions.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and firewall security.
• Install and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations and collaboration tools.
• Provide 1st/2nd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and SOPs; ensure security policy compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs for maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitor performance, security alerts, backups, patching, antivirus, and EDR.
• Recommend improvements to IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and end-user support.
