Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) seeks a Windows Systems Administrator to join the CESO effort in Arlington, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and onsite work five days a week.

You will manage Windows/Linux server environments, implement security hardening, and coordinate with network teams to maintain a secure, highly available enterprise system. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• DoD 8750 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of Windows or Linux server experience; additional experience may replace degree.
• VMware administration including config, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Windows infrastructure administration (RDS, AD, GPO, Local Security Policies, Task Scheduler).
• PowerShell scripting and automation; Python experience welcomed.
• System/app administration including hardware/software install, config, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Security hardening and compliance including DISA STIGs and SCAP scanning.

Responsibilities

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customersfrom increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age.

TDI is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population.

This position is onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VAand requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation for standard systems operating procedures to be used across the enterprise
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources
• Analyze available hardware and software from outside vendors and make recommendation for purchase and installation of cost-effective solutions
• Review work performed by lower-level technical staff
• Work both independently as well as in coordination with network administrators to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer system

QUALIFICATIONS:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position
• Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience with a Windows or Linux serverenvironment.Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree
• VMware administration, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtualized environments
• Windows infrastructure administration, including Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), Local Security Policies, and Windows Task Scheduler
• PowerShell scripting and automation, with experience in additional scripting languages such as Python.System and application administration, including hardware/software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Security hardening and compliance, including implementation of DISA STIGs, commercial security best practices, and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) scanning/validation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners
• Integration of Network Management (NM) and Element Management (EM) systems with network performance, trouble ticketing, and security subsystems highly desired.
• Experience with support systems to include enclave Ethernet switches, storage area networks (SAN), and network attached storage (NAS).
• Candidates with a thorough knowledge of networking principles to included TCP/IP a plus.
• Experience with a ticketing system such as BMC Remedy
• ITIL v3 Foundation certified
• Linux OS experience
• Solaris OS experience
• Experience working with virtual environments
